Thanks to everyone for your warm welcome, words of encouragement, and positive energy!

Special thanks to David Mariner for organizing this welcome--what a great introduction to the dedicated voices here in DC.

I truly look forward to joining you all in this fight, and will rely on the experiences & insights of the community to help me get up to speed on the critical issues & opportunities to prevent more infections, improve health, and save lives.
