Increase in New HIV Infections at Whitman-Walker

This is sad sad news. DC activist groups and HIV NGOs need to make prevention part of their agenda.. I can;t remember the last time I was a gay event, including DC pride, and was handed a condom and given counsling about safer sex.
That's because the new hetero CEO of Whitman Walker has no interest in gay men's health and has let all the prevention efforts die out.
