Us Helping Us provides HIV counseling, testing, and referrals for everyone. Us Helping Us specializes in providing HIV prevention and support services to gay and bisexual men. Us Helping Us, People Into Living, Inc. (UHU) was founded in 1985 by Rainey Cheeks and Prem Deben with the support of their friends. All of them were African-American gay or bisexual men.
